Trust Center · ALO
Privacy without asking for faith
You should not need to study a policy to understand what happens. Here is what matters: what we keep, who replies and where ALO’s limits are.
In regular language
6 answers before you trust
01
What does it do?
ALO includes a 21-day pause, one useful email each day at the time you choose, an optional private guide and nine days to organize what you observed.
02
What does it not do?
It does not diagnose, treat or promise results. It does not replace healthcare, emergency services or clinical care.
03
What does it keep?
Your account and purchase data, plus only the context you choose to save in My ALO. We do not reuse program data for advertising or to train AI models.
04
Who replies?
Albert replies asynchronously within the published hours. There is no live chat and no always-on bot pretending to be a conversation.
05
When is ALO not enough?
A crisis, serious symptoms, problematic use of several substances or a clinical need are outside ALO’s scope. Safety comes before a sale. See other support options.
06
How does it end?
ALO ends and does not renew automatically. Then you decide whether to continue, reduce, seek another kind of help or close the experience. The product does not need to become permanent.
Privacy noted
Your data doesn’t have a second job.
For you
Your account, purchase and the context you choose to save in My ALO are used to return your thread to you.
Not for ALO
We do not use your program data for ads, rankings, streaks, social pressure or training AI models.
If you write
Human support gets only the message you choose to send. Your private note and check-ins don’t travel automatically.
No public profiles, groups, rankings, streaks or surveillance designed to manufacture engagement.
A person, not a chat room
When you decide to write, Albert replies.
He has a name. And published hours.
If you reply to an email, Albert replies by email. If you write in My ALO’s Help section, return there to read the reply; it is not automatically forwarded to your inbox.
In ALO21, Albert replies within one working day during the published hours. The private thread included with a separate ALO7 purchase is read in the book reader, with replies within three working days. Neither is a live chat.
Ordinary email is not anonymous or end-to-end encrypted. The delivery provider processes the address, subject, content and technical metadata. That is why the daily email never includes your private check-ins.
No fine print
A clear scope from day one
Trust starts by separating what ALO has checked from the improvements that remain open.
01
Deletion across providers
We do not claim complete deletion while the delivery provider’s part remains unconfirmed.
02
Independent testing
An internal check does not replace a penetration test. Commissioning and completing the independent test are part of the open improvement work.
03
Certification and research
An external audit and Europrivacy certification have not been obtained. The commercial pilot is not a scientific study.
