ALO21 and ALO7 offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Earlier purchases of the conversation and of the book from other shops retain their own conditions, set out below.

Withdrawing doesn’t mean you did it wrong. It is your right when ALO isn’t useful to you—or you simply don’t want to continue.
If you bought ALO21, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Write from the email address used for the purchase and include the order reference. The date we receive the request is the date that counts.
For ALO21, when we verify the request, we pause messages and access and issue a full refund of the amount actually paid, using the same payment method. If the payment provider has to intervene, we confirm that the refund is being processed and only mark it complete once it is. Withdrawal is handled within the statutory time limit, and this policy does not reduce any more favorable mandatory rights.
You can request a full refund of the amount paid for ALO7 within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. This applies even if you have opened or downloaded the content or started the human support thread. It also applies to gifts: the period starts on purchase and the refund goes to the buyer.
Before payment, a separate, unticked box lets you request immediate digital access. Opening, downloading or using ALO7 does not reduce this refund. Your choice and the conditions are stored with the order and confirmed in the purchase email.
Send your request to hola@abrelosojos.vision with your order reference before the period ends. Once we verify it, we close private access and the human support thread and revoke any unused ALO21 credit. We refund the full amount through the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the request. We make no deductions for reading, downloads or human replies. This policy does not reduce any more favorable mandatory right.

If you bought the standard book on Amazon, handle the request through your Amazon order under its conditions and applicable legal rights.
Write to hola@abrelosojos.vision from the purchase email address, include the order reference and say “I want to withdraw.”
After you send it, you will receive an email receipt with the date, order reference, amount paid, refund applicable to your product and current status. Keep that message.
If the button doesn’t open your email, open your usual email service and write to hola@abrelosojos.vision. You don’t need to sign in to Mi ALO to make the request.
You do not need to give a reason or share information about cannabis use or health.
You do not have to accept a sales call to make the request.
