Accessibility
A website that does not ask everyone to see, hear or move in the same way.
ALO should work with your browser, keyboard and the accessibility settings you have already chosen on your device.
No page can promise to fix everything. When we find a barrier, our job is to fix the page.
For help with My ALO, the emails or ALO 7, open the user guide. How to use ALO →
NORMAL CONTROLS
Your device’s got good tools.
Keyboard, screen reader and structure
The public site uses headings in order, links with clear names and controls that show where you are while navigating by keyboard. You can move with Tab and activate controls with Enter or Space, as appropriate.
Short visual labels are not used as heading levels. A person using a screen reader therefore follows the same story as a sighted reader.
Text and zoom
You can increase text or zoom from the browser. The design should preserve the reading, actions and order of the content at 200%. If a screen doesn’t, we want to know to fix it.
Movement
Movement should not be required to understand the page.
Reduce movement
If your system indicates that you prefer to reduce movement, ALO removes unnecessary transitions and animations. The contents and actions are still available without waiting for an effect to end.
Contrast and color
Color supports the design, but it is not the only way an action or state is communicated. When your system requests more contrast, links receive stronger emphasis. We do not use intentional flashes.
Review
Accessibility is reviewed whenever an important change is made.
What have we checked?
We review public mobile and desktop tours, visible focus, keyboard order, image alternatives, zoom and reduced movement preference. Automatic tests help to detect errors but do not replace manual review.
This page is not a certification or a promise of perfection. It is a concrete commitment: maintain these minimums, document known faults and fix barriers that prevent somebody from understanding, deciding or asking for help.
TELL US
If something gets in the way, tell us without writing a technical report.
Report a barrier
Write to hola@abrelosojos.vision. The page, your device or browser and one sentence about what happened are usually enough. Do not include health information or other personal data unless it is necessary.
We reply during the published support hours. If the barrier affects a purchase, access or another time-sensitive task, we will look for a reasonable alternative while it is repaired.
